HATE on the ROCKS

"Hate on the Rocks" is a hard rock twist to a breakup in a relationship when an ex-lover is drowning in heartbreak, depression and regret.

FREAK

This grungy offering takes the listener through a musical journey where Nzondi delivers captivating vocals and lyrics that are relatable and eerie; layered with a tapestry of influences that land somewhere between Blink-182 and the British indie rock group, Wet Leg.

Being that he’s also a horror author, he often explores themes of the macabre and Freak is no different as the song is a blend of horror metal, fiction and as he says, “Somewhat introspective”.

TEENAGE ROCKSTARR
ft. Fredro Starr

Nzondi’s “Teenage RockStarr” carries the energy of a Red Hot Chili Peppers-charged track featuring Dave Moreno (Puddle of Mudd) on drums and Fredro Starr (Onyx).

"whatever"

Influenced by mostly Seattle-bred bands like Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Nirvana, Nzondi's second single "whatever" sounds like an Alternative Rock Ballad from a TV teen drama but is actually a song (inspired by true events) about a teenaged boy trying to provide comfort to his girlfriend after she lost her younger sister in a mass school shooting. Note the names on the tombstones...
